When - Please note that YogaRoom is currently not offering ANY classes.

Where - Classes are held in a comfortable, cozy studio with a view of the maple trees and the water in Corilee's home. The YogaRoom can be found in Halifax's Rockingham area between Bedford Highway and Dunbrack.

Who - Corilee: "I turned to yoga to manage a painful hip problem and got addicted. Through yoga I've learned to take more balanced approach to life and I'm passionate about sharing it. I'm a 200 hour Kripalu certified yoga instructor and I've been teaching for 10 years. I take a hybrid approach to yoga, offering the techniques that get the best results from a variety of traditions."
